When you would like to send your samples to us for analysis, please fill in a MAQR02 General Analysis Request form – Microanalysis Australia v11.5 form to include with your sample. If you have never sent a sample to us before, please also fill in a Customer Registration Form and email it to us at admin@microanalysis.com.au.
To deliver your samples, use a courier, Australia Post, or bring them in person to our friendly reception and sample receipt team. Deliveries can be made to Sample Receipt at Beaucott Lane Mount Lawley or to Reception at 5 Alvan Street Mount Lawley.
Please note that we cannot accept samples that are heavier than 20 kg, incorrectly labelled or packaged, leaking, or missing the required paperwork. Please include an MSDS when available.
If your delivery requires a truck, please note we do not have a forklift available so if you are sending a pallet, please use a tail lift truck.
