Armed with an Honours degree in Physics from Robert Gordon University, Rick’s journey began with a keen focus on innovation. Recognising a market gap during his 15-year tenure managing the Particle Analysis Service at CSIRO’s Waterford facility, he founded Microanalysis to meet the industry’s need for a comprehensive and efficient particulate characterisation laboratory.
